Gulmay offers the widest choice of standard x-ray generators available, making the task of finding a cost-effective x-ray power source simple. Generators range from 50kV to 450Kv and from 300W to 4.5kW in 3 broad standard platforms, in both unipolar and bipolar configurations.

Control comes from embedded RS232/422 circuitry, our 19" rack mounted MP1 unit or the innovative Virtual MP1 PC-based software. Bespoke solutions are delivered in a cost-effective and efficient manner through our customer focused design strategy.

Rugged generator design coupled with leading tube integration software ensures optimum generator performance with 100% duty cycles. A robust, reliable high voltage tank design using oil as an insulating medium allows for full local servicing, reducing servicing down-time and cutting the overall cost of ownership.

Gulmay works closely with x-ray tube manufacturers worldwide to maintain an ever-expanding library of tube integration software, giving users the freedom to install the x-ray tube of their choice. Power and current limits are software controlled and numerous automatic warm-up cycles ensure tubes are fully protected and extends tube lifespan.

Full data logging functionality is available from both the external MP1 controller and the embedded RS232 control PCB. This data includes records of system error messages, system activity and warm-up activity.

Additionally, the system can store up to eight graphs recording mA and KV levels over a ten second period prior to an error. Log files may be saved, viewed or then emailed to a service centre to provide invaluable records in system diagnoses.
